Chamber meetings take place monthly
the 2nd Monday at 6:30p.m. @ the
Chamber Office

Oscoda County is
home to thousands
of acres of
recreational forests,
hundreds of miles
of trails, the famed
AuSable River, the
nesting lands of the
Kirtland Warbler,
and many hours of
family fun.  Located
approximately 3
hours north of
Detroit, we invite
everyone to come
to Oscoda County
and share our
hospitality.

Oscoda County passed an ATV/ORV Ordinance on May 12, 2009 to
allow ATV/ORV use on all Oscoda County Roads.  This will not open
any Forest Service roads to ATV/ORV use however.   If you are
planning on riding in Oscoda County, please, let's keep ourselves in
check, obey the 20 MPH speed limit on the roads and be courteous
always.

Check with Oscoda County for current information on the opening of
the roads for ATV usage in Oscoda County.  Motor Vehicle Maps that
outline the forest roads that are not available for ATV riding are
available from the Forest Service or from many local businesses and
through the Chamber of Commerce.
